If you received an email saying your Community Filter was approved and would be “live” soon, but you still can’t see it, there are a few things you can try:
- Make sure you’re in the area of the Filter. Team Snapchat may edit your submitted Geofence to better match the location!
- Check that location settings are enabled on your device and you have a strong GPS signal.
- Connect to a reliable network connection, preferably Wi-Fi.
Also, if there are several Community Filters in one area, it’s possible that you’ll see a different Filter to the one you created.
