If you convert your account to a Public Profile for Business, you can revert back to a standard Snapchat user at any time. Keep in mind, if you delete your Public Profile, you'll no longer have the added benefits of a Public Profile.
Please Note: Deleting your Public Profile will not delete your username or Snapchat account. It will just convert your account back to that of a standard user. Additionally, deleting your Public Profile will remove historical Public Profile data from your profile, and the Profile won't be able to be reinstated.
To delete a Public Profile:
- Open the Snapchat app
- Sign into the username you'd like to downgrade.
- Please Note: You can't downgrade if you're accessing the Profile via a role assigned to you, you must be signed into the actual username.
- Go to 'My Profile'
- Open 'My Public Profile'
- Tap on Settings
- Once in Settings, scroll to the bottom and select 'Delete Public Profile'
