If you’re trying to upload your Filter design, but you get an error message that says “Asset Too Large,” there are a few tips to try:
- Make sure your Filter image is exactly 1080 x 2340 pixels 🖼
- Save your image file size to be under 300 KB. If your final design is over 300 KB, you can try using an online .PNG file compressor, like TinyPNG, to reduce the file size.
- Save your image at a resolution of 72 DPI. Sometimes the upload tool will give an invalid asset error if the DPI is too high.
- Make sure your design doesn’t cover too much of the screen! If your design covers too much of the screen, then Snapchatters can’t see their Snap behind your Filter!
