If your payment wasn’t accepted, double check that the payment info you entered is 100% correct 🤓
If everything looks good and it’s still not working, we recommend reaching out to your card provider by calling the phone number on the back of your card 💳
The card might be expired, replaced, or might not have enough funds. Sometimes banks may incorrectly flag purchases of Filters as fraudulent charges.
If you spoke with your card provider and everything’s sorted out, you can always try to recharge the payment!
How to recharge your payment method…
- Log into the Create Your Own website from your computer 💻
- Click ☰ in the top corner
- Select ‘My Orders’
- Choose the Filter you’re trying to purchase
- Click ‘Edit Payment’
- Choose whether to use the same payment method as before, pay with another saved card, or add a new card 🏦
- Click ‘Recharge’
Please Note: If you made your order as a guest, then you won’t be able to recharge your payment. Instead, you can cancel your order and resubmit it with the correct payment method.
