At this time, you’ll need a Public Profile for Business with a linked Ad Account to be able to promote Snaps, Stories, and other organic content.

You must have a role on the connected Ad Account as an Account Admin, Campaign, Manager, or Organization/Business Admin to select organic content to create an ad from.
