If you're having trouble verifying your email or mobile number, follow these steps:
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Under 'My Account', select 'Email' or 'Mobile Number.'
- Enter your details and tap 'Verify.'
- Follow the in-app instructions.
Note: Only one email and mobile number can be verified per account. They cannot be shared across multiple accounts.
If you didn't receive a verification code:
- Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder.
- Try a different email or phone number if necessary.
If you see an error during verification:
- Ensure you're using the correct email or mobile number associated with your account.
Forgot your password?
- Reset it here.
Lost access to your email or mobile?
- Use the one you still have access to for resetting your password. If you've lost both, you won't be able to reset your password or log in.
