To turn on Additional Services...
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ to go to Snapchat Settings
- Tap 'Manage' under 'Additional Services'
- Tap a feature to update it or turn it off and on
Please Note: Certain features may be unavailable depending on your device.
- Filters (on iOS) — Change the color or look of a Snap, or add a Geofilter to it
- Data Saver Mode — Helps reduce Snapchat's mobile data usage
- Friend Emojis — See who your best friends are on Snapchat
- Emoji Skin Tone — Set the default skin tone for emojis
- Permissions — Customize your Snapchat permissions
- Ad preferences — Review your ad preferences
- Lifestyle & Interests — Review your Lifestyle Categories and Content Interest Tags
- Maps — Control sharing your anonymous location and usage data with map providers
- Contacts — See the contacts you've uploaded, and manage them
Please Note: When you upload your contacts, we may store the hashed phone number, the name of your contact from your device's address book, information about the time that you uploaded the contact, and which device you uploaded it from
