How do I turn off Group Chat message notifications on Snapchat?

To turn off Group Chat message notifications…

  1. Swipe right from the Camera screen to go to the Chat screen

  2. Press and hold on a group
  3. Tap ‘Chat and Notification Settings’
  4. Toggle on ‘Mute Chats.’ If you still want to receive some chat notifications from the group, tap ‘Chat Notifications’ and select ‘Chats and Snaps’ or ‘Mentions Only.’
