What is a Public Profile?
Public Profiles enable Snapchatters ages 16 and older to share their creativity publicly and grow an audience on Snapchat. You have a Public Profile, but you can choose whether or not you use it.
Public Profile grants access to a handful of tools like showcasing Stories, Spotlights, Lenses, and more! Use your Public Profile to express yourself to the wider Snapchat community!
Keep in mind, you may not be able to have a Public Profile if you do not adhere to our Community Guidelines.
How can I tell if I have a Public Profile?
Tap your Bitmoji or Story icon at the top left of your screen to view your profile. If you see the option to tap 'Public Profile,' you have a Public Profile, and the option to save content publicly.
Is my Public Profile the same as a Business Profile?
Business Profiles are used by brands of all sizes to feature their unique Snapchat assets and content. Business Profiles can only be created or managed by you in Ads Manager. Business Profiles are not created for you by Snapchat.
