How do I turn on Story notifications from friends on Snapchat?

To control friend or Group notifications…

  1. Swipe right to open the Chat screen 💬
  2. Tap and hold on a Chat or Group Chat
  3. Tap 'Story Settings'
  4. Toggle 'Story Notifications' on or off

You can also mute the Story or turn off game activity notifications.

Pro Tip 💡 You can manage some friend notifications from Friendship Profiles.
