Director Mode is a set of camera features for creating more sophisticated video content, whether it’s for Spotlight, Stories, or any of your other Snaps!
To access Director Mode, tap the film camera icon in the Camera Modes toolbar on the Camera screen.
I can't find Director Mode anymore. Where did it go?
If you don't see Director Mode in the Camera Modes toolbar, you might see these as separate features in the toolbar now, without having to tap 'Director Mode' first:
- Tap the 'Hands Free' icon in the toolbar to activate hands-free, multi-clip recording features
- Tap the 'Speed' icon to change how fast your video plays back
