To decide who can contact you on Snapchat…
- Tap your Profile icon
- Tap ⚙️ to open the Settings menu
- Scroll down to “Privacy Controls”
- Tap ‘Contact Me’
- Choose who can contact you from the two options below:
Friends. Only people you have added as Friends on Snapchat can contact you and send you Snaps, Chats, or Calls.
Friends and Contacts. People you have added as Friends on Snapchat or have listed as Contacts in your phone can contact you and send you Snaps, Chats, or Calls.
⚠️ Please note: The option to accept contacts from “Everyone” is no longer available, except for Creator and business accounts. This is to help keep Snapchatters safe from unwanted contact and encourage more conversation amongst friends. 🙂
