I lost my Streak

If you recently lost your Streak from a one-on-one or group Chat,, you can restore it with one free Streak Restore in the app or with an in-app purchase from the Chat feed or your conversation.

I don’t see the option to restore my Streak in the Chat feed.

You can only restore your Streak for a limited time after it has expired. If you don’t see the option to restore your Streak with an in-app purchase, then too much time has passed since the Streak expired and it’s no longer eligible for restoration 😔

I can’t complete the Streak Restore purchase on my iOS/Android device.

Please note that only recently expired Streaks can be restored.

Please note that not all Streaks are eligible to be restored if too much time has passed, so there’s a chance your Streak still may not be restored after submitting a request.
