Does My AI remember our conversations?

Snapchat stores your conversations with My AI, but My AI won’t remember details from your prior conversations with it over time. Stored conversations help us improve My AI and keep your chat history available to you.

To delete your My AI data…

On iOS:

1. Tap your Profile icon and tap ⚙️ to go to Settings
2. Scroll down to "Privacy Controls"
3. Tap 'Delete Data'
4. Tap 'Delete My AI Data' and confirm

On Android:

1. Tap your Profile icon and tap ⚙️ to go to Settings
2. Scroll down to "Account Actions"
3. Tap 'Delete My AI Data,' and confirm

Please Note: It can take up to 30 days to delete the relevant My AI data from Snapchat servers.
