If you’re a Snapchat+ subscriber, you can show your friends your home on the Snap Map as a 3D building by choosing its location and customizing its appearance! If you choose to enable this feature, friends that you’ve shared your location with will be able to see your home on the map even when you’re not home.
You can hide your home by toggling ‘Hide My Home’ on.
