What features does this update impact?
This update will only impact how rewards from payment-eligible activities are displayed in the Snapchat app. Starting soon, Snap will no longer be using Crystals to track qualifying activity. Instead, your qualifying activity will be reflected as Creator Rewards. and the “Crystals Hub” will be the “Rewards Hub.”
What will happen to my remaining Crystals?
Existing rewards will be updated to reflect your Creator Rewards in USD. This change will not affect your existing reward value.
Is anything changing with how I cash out my rewards?
You’ll still be able to cash out your rewards as you normally would. Learn more about cashing out your rewards here.
