To cancel your subscription to Snapchat+ or other plans like Memories+, you'll need to follow different steps depending on how you signed up.
- For iOS: Cancel through the iOS App Store.
- For Android: Cancel through the Google Play Store.
- For Web: Cancel via the Snapchat accounts portal. If you open ‘Manage’ from Snapchat and you subscribed on the web, you’ll be taken to your web subscription page to cancel.
Remember, refunds are handled by the party you purchased the subscription from. If that was Apple or Google, please contact them directly for refund requests.
Please Note: iOS users must cancel subscriptions 24 hours before a trial period ends in order to avoid being charged. If you cancel on the last day of the trial, Apple will automatically renew your subscription.
