What are Passkeys?
A passkey is a digital credential tied to your user account that can be used to log in to your Snapchat account without having to remember a password.
Why should I create a Passkey?
Passkeys are a safer and more secure form of authentication than passwords. Passkeys take advantage of security features already allowed on your device, such as Face ID (Apple), Passcode (Apple), Touch Unlock (Android), and PIN (Android). Snapchat can't access this biometric data.

How do I log in using Passkeys?
If your device has the passkey stored, the passkey pop-up will automatically appear once you’re on the login screen. If for whatever reason, the pop-up doesn’t show up, use the ‘Login with Passkey’ option from the login screen and follow the on-screen prompts.
If you’re using another device, use the ‘Login with Passkey’ option from the login screen and follow the on-screen prompts to ‘Sign in with Another Device’ by scanning the displayed QR code from the device that has the passkey stored.
