Please Note: This feature is currently only available for iOS users.
If you’ve recently lost multiple Streaks, you may have the option to restore them all at the same time. Here’s how:
- First, check if multiple Streaks are eligible to be restored by looking for 'Restore' buttons next to the Chats that were on a Streak. If you see it, tap the button.
- Choose the 'Restore All' option
- Tap 'Restore' and follow the instructions in the app to get your Streaks back
If you don’t see the 'Restore All' option, you may still be able to restore each Streak individually by looking for the 'Restore' button. If you don’t see the 'Restore' button, your Streak cannot be restored. This usually means it ended too long ago to bring back.
