My Snapchat app isn't working right or is crashing. What can I do?
If a Snapchat feature isn't working the way you're used to – for example, if something won't load, isn't responding, isn't showing up, or just doesn't work like it should – try these steps:
- Update your Snapchat app to the latest version in the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore.
- Restart your Snapchat app. Completely close the app and open it again.
- Restart your device. Turn the device off and on again.
- Check your Internet connection. Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. If that solves the issue, please contact your data or internet service provider for more support.

- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in ‘My Profile’ to open the Settings menu
- Scroll down to ‘Support and Safety’ and tap ‘Bugs and Suggestions’
- Choose ‘Report a Bug’ and follow the steps in the app
