Not every Snapchat account comes with a Public Profile. If you don't see a Public Profile button when you tap on your Bitmoji or Story to view your account profile, there may not be a Public Profile option for your account. This can happen for a few reasons.
Only Snapchatters aged 16+ in certain regions can have a Public Profile, so you will not have a Public Profile option if you are younger than 16 years old or in certain geographies. You may also not have a Public Profile if you have violated our Community Guidelines in the past.
Please Note: If you qualify for a Public Profile and don’t see one, you may need to set your birthday in your Snapchat settings.
