What type of Public Profile do I have on Snapchat?
Your Snapchat account can have one of three main types of Public Profile:
- Public Profiles: For personal or Creator accounts to share public content like Stories
- Professional Accounts: A Public Profile setting some Snapchatters can toggle between Creator and Business
- Business Profiles: For commercial, branded or advertiser accounts
How can I check if my Snapchat account has a Business Profile or Public Profile for Creators?
If you used Ads Manager to create the profile for your account, you likely have a Business Profile. If you did not create a profile for your account using Ads Manager, you probably have a personal Public Profile for Creators.
Why doesn’t my Public Profile have a Professional Account option?
Professional Accounts are limited to Snapchatters aged 18 and older. This is also a new feature that isn’t available to everyone at this time.
