How does My AI work in Group chats?
Some Snapchat group chats can include My AI as a participant. When My AI is in a group, it can read messages in the chat to participate in the conversation, and it will reply without anyone @mentioning it. If you don't accept the pop-up that appears when you’re about to enter a group chat with My AI, then My AI will not access your messages in the group chat, but you can still chat with others in the group.
How do I start a Group chat with My AI?
Create a new group, then select My AI during group creation.
Please Note: You can’t add My AI to an existing group chat.
Can I remove My AI from a group chat?
Yes. You can remove My AI from a group chat by pressing and holding on My AI in the Group Profile and tapping ‘Remove from Group.’ Removing My AI will remove it for all other participants and you won’t be able to add My AI back.
How do I report a problem?
You can report My AI’s messages in Chat, just like other content on Snapchat.
