How do I filter out words or phrases that I don’t want to see in my Story Replies on Snapchat?

You can always mute particular words or phrases you never want to see from your Profile Settings.

To mute words or phrases...

  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Tap 'My Public Profile'
  3. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right to open your Profile Settings
  4. Tap 'Edit Muted words'
  5. Tap 'Add Muted Words' to include more or 'X' to remove existing ones

If a Snapchatter replied to your public My Story using a word you muted, you won't see any of the Snapchatter's replies.
