To kick off a video chat or call, click a friend's name in the Chat feed and click the video camera icon to start a video chat, or the phone icon to start a call.

I can't access Snapchat for Web
- Make sure you're using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari as your web browser, and that you're using the latest version.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Snapchat on your phone, and are logged in to the same account you're trying to access from Web.
I'm having trouble with audio
If others can't hear your audio, try the following:
- Check the volume of your microphone on your computer
- Make sure you've granted microphone permission
- Try switching microphone sources by clicking the up arrow next to the microphone icon during a call
- Disconnect headphones and disable Bluetooth
If you can't hear any audio, try the following:
- Make sure your computer is not muted
- Make sure the tab isn't muted
- Select a different audio source
- Make sure the sound is enabled in your browser permissions
- Disconnect headphones and disable Bluetooth
I'm having trouble with video
If others can't see your video, try the following:
- Make sure you've granted camera permission
- Check if your camera works in other apps or on other webpages
- Try switching camera sources by clicking the up arrow next to the camera icon during a call
- Disconnect other cameras
