Why did I get an initial charge on my card after subscribing?
When entering your credit or debit card information an authorization charge will be made to verify that a payment card is valid, active, and has sufficient funds. This is to ensure the transaction will not be declined and will be returned in a few days.
Will I still have access to Snapchat+ features if I subscribe, then immediately cancel?
Europe & United Kingdom: If you are in the EU or UK and cancel your web subscription within the first 14 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund within 7-10 business days, and you will lose access to the Snapchat+ features. If you cancel after 15 days, your subscription will be canceled and the subscription will not be auto-renewed.
United States: If you're in the US and you choose to cancel your subscription, it will not be auto-renewed. However, you'll still have access to Snapchat+ features until your current subscription period ends. This means you'll have access until the end of the last month or the full annual term you've already paid for.
