I'm having trouble with browser notifications on Snapchat for Web

If you're not getting notified for incoming Chats and Calls, try the following:

  • Click your Bitmoji at the top left and confirm notifications are enabled
  • Check browser notification settings
    • For Chrome and Edge: Click the lock icon
    • For Safari: Click Safari at the top > Settings > Websites > Notifications > Make sure web.snapchat.com is set to 'Allow'
