Does Snap save content shared with My AI?

Yes. All the content you share with My AI is retained until you delete it. These stored interactions help My AI learn and improve over time, and personalize your experience with My AI.

Content shared with My AI is displayed in Chat for 24 hours. Within those 24 hours you are able to delete My AI content on Android and iOS as follows:

1. Long-press the message with My AI
2. Tap 'Delete'
3. Tap 'Delete'

You can also delete past content shared with My AI in Settings:

iOS:

1. Tap your Profile icon and tap ⚙️ to go to Settings
2. Scroll down to "Privacy Controls"
3. Tap 'Clear Data'
4. Tap 'Clear My AI Data' and confirm

Android:

1. Tap your Profile icon and tap ⚙️ to go to Settings
2. Scroll down to "Account Actions"
3. Tap 'Clear My AI Data,' and confirm

Please Note: It can take up to 30 days to delete the relevant My AI data from Snapchat servers.
