What does the green dot in my Friends' avatars mean?

The green dot shows up on a Friend's avatar to indicate that they’ve been active on Snapchat recently, and will show up unless they disable it.

Here’s how to disable the activity indicator:

1. Tap the ⚙️ button in the Profile screen to open Settings
2. Scroll down to the 'Privacy Controls' section and tap 'Activity Indicator'
3. Toggle it off
