I'm having trouble with OS notifications on Snapchat for Web

If you’re not getting notified for incoming Chats & Calls, check your OS settings to see if your browser has notification permissions. To learn how to change your browser notification settings, go here.

Windows 11:

1. Select Start, then select Settings
   
2. Go to System > Notifications
   
3. Turn notifications, banners, and sounds on or off for Chrome or Edge.
   

Windows 10:

1. Select Start > Settings
   
2. Select System > Notifications & actions
   
3. Under Notifications, turn Chrome or Edge notifications on or off, and change when and where you'll see your notifications
   

Mac:

1. Click the Apple logo at the top right and click System Settings
   
2. Select Notifications from the menu on the left
   
3. Search for your browser and ensure Allow notifications is toggled on
   

ChromeOS:

1. Click on the notifications tray at the bottom right
   
2. Click on notifications and make sure web.snapchat.com is checked
