Not every Snapchat account comes with a Public Profile. If you don't see a Public Profile button when you tap on your Bitmoji or Story to view your account profile, there may not be a Public Profile option for your account. This can happen for a few reasons.
The minimum age to have a Public Profile is 16 years old, but laws in your country or region may set a different minimum age. If you have questions about age requirements where you live, check your local laws or ask a parent or guardian for help.
You may also not have a Public Profile if you have violated our Community Guidelines in the past.
Please Note: If you qualify for a Public Profile and don’t see one, you may need to set your birthday in your Snapchat settings.
