How do I play games on Snapchat?

You can play solo and multiplayer games with friends. In some games, you’ll be able to play with other Snapchatters even if you’re not friends with them.

Follow these steps to start a game from a Chat:

1. Open a group or 1:1 Chat
2. Tap the + icon in your Chat drawer and tap ‘Play Games’ to view available games
3. Play games in Chat by sending Snaps back and forth with your friends. Some games are played live with your friends — these have a friend icon on them.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to start playing

You can start a new game any time by launching the game again from Chat, even if another game is already happening in the Chat.

Follow these steps to play a game from the Camera screen:

1. Scroll to the ‘Games’ tab on the Camera screen to view available games in the carousel. You can also search for a game in Lens Explorer.
2. Once you find a game, follow the on-screen instructions to start playing. Some games can be played by Snapping your friends back and forth.
