What are Creator Subscriptions?
Creator Subscriptions are Snapchat's paid subscription offering for select creators. Subscribers can sign up and pay a monthly subscription fee through their eligible device's app store to unlock subscriber-only benefits that you configure and deliver.
Which creators can offer Creator Subscriptions? Can I join a waitlist to show interest?
This feature is still rolling out. Right now, only select creators can offer Creator Subscriptions. If you are invited to participate, Snapchat will email you with next steps. Over time, we may open additional ways to join or apply.
How do I set up my Creator Subscription?
If you are invited, you will receive a sign up email with any information you need for set up.
What can I offer my subscribers?
Your Creator Subscription can include benefits such as:
- Direct Snaps to subscribers — send Snaps to all subscribers so they appear in Chat
- Subscriber-only Story or content — private or subscriber-gated Story content
- Priority Story Replies — subscribers' replies to your public Stories can surface higher in your inbox with a Subscriber badge
- Subscriber customizations — badges or other perks that help subscribers stand out in your community
You will see which benefits you can offer your subscribers in the Snapchat app.
How do I manage my Creator Subscription after I am set up?
In the app, go to My Profile, open My Account, then open the option to manage My Subscription. That opens your Management page, where you can:
- See key metrics (such as new, total, and returning subscribers)
- Share a link to your subscription and add subscription stickers when you post
- Post to your subscription Story and manage subscription Story content
- Review mass Snaps you sent to subscribers, view engagement and replies, and open chat with subscribers who responded
- Open blocked or muted lists for subscribers (these work together with your Blocked Users settings)

How do I get paid from Creator Subscriptions?
Your earnings from Creator Subscriptions use the same cash-out path as other eligible Snapchat creator programs, including cashing out through Hyperwallet.
Where do I see my Creator Subscriptions earnings?
Subscription payouts appear in your Creator Rewards Hub. The source is labeled Creator Subscriptions so you can tell them apart from other earnings.
