What are Creator Rewards?
Creator Rewards are awarded to eligible Creators that engage in payment-eligible activities on Snapchat. After receiving Creator Rewards, you can cash them out for money in the Creator Rewards Hub in My Profile! Additionally, all award history and activity can all be viewed in the Creator Rewards Hub. To open the Creator Rewards Hub, navigate to your Profile and scroll down to ‘My Creator Rewards.’
If you are eligible to receive Creator Rewards from Snapchat’s monetization program, or are an eligible Snap Star (with or without a pending Creator Rewards), you will receive a push notification and will be notified in My Profile. Tap on the push notification or navigate to My Profile and tap ‘My Creator Rewards’ to open the Creator Rewards Hub.
When you receive an Award, it will be displayed in the ‘All Activity’ section of the Creator Rewards Hub as ‘Pending.’ Creator Rewards take 14 days from the time of appearance in the ‘All Activity’ section of the Creator Rewards Hub to move from ‘Pending’ to ‘Available,’ at which time they will become available for cashing out.
Make sure you have push notifications enabled for Snapchat so you don’t miss any award notifications.
