In most countries, if you’re a Snapchatter who is 18+, you’ll have a Public Profile and have the option to share a little more about yourself with a wider audience (beyond your immediate friends). Adding content such as a profile photo, cover photo, and bio to your Public Profile will make it easier for your friends to find and add you on Snapchat.

If your birthday indicates you are 18 or older when you start using your Public Profile, but you later change your birthday to be under 18, your Public Profile will be deleted.

Keep in mind, you may not be able to have a Public Profile if you do not adhere to our Community Guidelines.
