Snapchatters 18 and older can opt into having a Public Profile if they want to share a little more about themselves with a wider audience (beyond their immediate friends).

If your birthday indicates you are 18 or older when you create a Public Profile, but you later change your birthday to be under 18, your Public Profile will be deleted.

Keep in mind, you may not be able to create a Public Profile if you do not adhere to our Community Guidelines.
