My Snaps won't send or load

If your Snaps won't send or load, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Update Snapchat 👻 

Update Snapchat to the latest version from the App Store on iOS, or the Google Play Store on Android on both your device and the recipient's.

Check Your Internet Connection 📶

Move to an area with better cellular service or connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Clear Cache 📱

To clear your cache on iOS…

1. Tap ⚙️ in My Profile to open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap ‘Clear Data’
3. Tap ‘Clear Cache’
4. Confirm by tapping ‘Clear’

To clear your cache on Android…

1. Tap ⚙️ in My Profile to open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap ‘Clear Cache’
3. Confirm by tapping ‘Continue’

Restart Device 🔁

Fully turn off your device for one full minute and then turn it back on.
