You can add or join a community by going to your Profile and tapping the '+ Add School' badge at the top, then tapping 'Add High School' or 'Add College.'
In order to add or join a high school or college community, you must have an email issued by the institution that can be used to verify your identity (this email does not have to be the same as your Snapchat account email).
