Starting 1 April 2026, due to new Turkish regulations, Snapchat may be unable to send you SMS messages that include an internet address (a URL or link). If a Snapchat text message you’re expecting does not arrive, it may have been blocked from delivery to your phone number in Türkiye because it included a link.
If you don't receive an SMS that you're expecting, try requesting delivery by email instead using a verified email address on your account. If you forgot your password, you can try opening the Snapchat app or the Accounts Portal and tapping ‘Forgot Password.’
Please Note: If you only have a phone number verified on your account, and no email address, you may not be able to reset your password by SMS. Please make sure you have a valid and current email address verified on your account.
