Family Centre is a tool for parents and caregivers and their teens. If you’re unable to access Family Centre, it may be because you fall outside of our age-gate for parents and caregivers, which is restricted to 18 and older, or outside our age-gate for teens, which is restricted to ages 13–17. And as a reminder, it's against our Terms of Service for people under 13 or the minimum age for using Snapchat in their jurisdiction to create a Snapchat account.
Parents or caregivers under 18 will not be able to send Family Centre invites, and Snapchatters 18 and older will not be able to accept Family Centre invites.
Please Note: Family Centre is rolling out slowly in different countries and may not be available to you just yet.
