Family Centre is a tool for parents and caregivers and their teens. If you’re unable to access Family Centre, it may be because you fall outside of our age-gate for parents and caregivers, which is restricted to 18 and older, or outside our age-gate for teens, which is restricted to ages 13–17. Parents or caregivers under 18 will not be able to send Family Centre invites, and Snapchatters 18 and older will not be able to accept Family Centre invites.
As a reminder, it's against our Terms of Service for people under the minimum age in their jurisdiction to create a Snapchat account. The minimum age to use Snapchat is 13 years old, but some regions may have a higher minimum age. If you have questions about age requirements where you live, check your local laws or ask a parent or guardian for help.
Please Note: Family Centre is rolling out slowly in different countries and may not be available to you just yet.
